G2's 2023 Spring Reports: Mirro Named Leader in Absence Management

In light of this, we're excited to announce that G2's 2023 Spring Reports are out, bringing exciting news to Mirro! 

We are incredibly proud to announce that Mirro has been awarded an astounding 15 badges over four categories in the G2 Spring Reports 2023. In addition, Mirro is recognized as a Leader in the Grid® Report for Absence Management and Mid-Market Grid® Report for Absence Management. Furthermore, we are named a High Performer in three categories — OKR, Performance Management, and Core HR.

Those awards reflect the high level of customer satisfaction and the wide market presence of our product. They also showcase we maintained our previous recognitions in G2's Winter 2023 Grid® Reports. Below is an overview of some of the things our customers appreciated and we celebrated these past months.

Leader in Grid® Report for Absence Management 

Mirro is a Leader in Absence Management, with an overall G2 score of 69. Our product ranks six out of 28 absence management software solutions globally. 

Additionally, Mirro is a Leader in the Mid-Market Absence Management Grid®, ranking 2 out of 16. These awards make Mirro a top choice for absence management software solutions.  

High Performer in the Performance Management Grid®

Mirro is a High Performer in the Mid-Market Grid® and Small-Business Grid® for Performance Management Systems.

Mirro received a 9.14 score in the Performance Management Implementation Index, which is well above average in the industry. Ease of setup, implementation time, user adoption, and other factors are considered when calculating this score.

In the Performance Management Usability Index, Mirro scored 9.28. This category rates the product's ease of admin, ease of use, or how well it meets users' requirements, among other criteria.

In the Performance Management Relationship Index, Mirro scored 9.61. This category rates the product's ease of business, likeliness to recommend, and quality of support, among other criteria.

Mirro is in the top ten performance management software solutions in all Performance Management Indexes.

High Performer in the Grid® for Core HR Software

Mirro is named a High Performer in the following reports: Small-Business Europe Regional Grid® Report, Europe Regional Grid® Report, and Mid-Market Europe Regional Grid® Report for Core HR, among others.

In the Core HR Relationship Index, Mirro scored 9.21, placing it in the top six Core HR software solutions rated by ease of business, likeliness to recommend, and quality of support, among other criteria.

High Performer in the Grid® Report for Objectives and Key Results (OKR)

Mirro is also a High Performer in the Mid-Market Grid®, Small-Business Grid®, and Grid® Report for Objectives and Key Results (OKR) Software. This category ranks solutions based on customer satisfaction and market presence.

In the OKR Relationship Index, Mirro scored 9.58, placing it in the top ten OKR software solutions rated by ease of doing business, quality of support, and likelihood to recommend data.

Receiving the 'High Performer' badge in the OKR report is a real honor, indicating that we're moving in the right direction in the OKR software marketplace.
