Background: Florentina founded Zitec's talent experience team more than ten years ago. She and her team ensure Zitec's people have an outstanding work experience while feeling accepted, accomplished, and supported. Her mission is to understand the needs of both employees and Zitec, leveraging her expertise to create positive and engaging experiences for all stakeholders.
Portfolio: Florentina's HR executive credentials enable her to demonstrate the otherwise overlooked impact of HR on business and its crucial role in successful organizations. She writes about building excellent employee experience strategies that positively impact retention rates and the importance of recognition and feedback in the workplace. Educational Background
Florentina has a Master’s Degree in Human Resources from the National School of Political and Administrative Studies (SNSPA) in Bucharest and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from The Bucharest University of Economic Studies.
She is also a member of the HR Club, a community where she expands her knowledge and interacts with other HR executives. Since 2021, Florentina has been an ICAgile Certified Professional—Agility in HR.
