Momentum Leader in Momentum Grid® Reports for Performance Management, OKR, and Absence Management
Mirro is a Momentum Leader in three categories — Performance Management, Objectives and Key Results (OKR), and Absence Management. This award is given to products with high customer satisfaction and increased regional market presence.
Only a select few products receive the Momentum Leader badge, making it one of the most prestigious recognitions given by G2. A product's Momentum score is calculated using a proprietary algorithm that considers social, web, employee, and review data deemed influential to a company's momentum.
Most Implementable in OKR and Performance Management
Mirro also received the Most Implementable G2 badge in the OKR and Performance Management Implementation Index. Our product is first in these categories, with an overall score of 9.14 in the OKR category and 9.07 in the Performance Management category. We've also received the Most Implementable badge in the Mid-Market Implementation Index for Core HR, with an overall score of 8.88, which placed us third.

Easiest Admin and Setup for Core HR
This quarter, we've been awarded our first Easiest Admin badge in the Mid-Market Usability Index for Core HR, demonstrating that even though implementing a new Core HR platform may be daunting, Mirro makes it easy. Our product received an overall score of 8.59, calculated based on ease of use, administration, and adoption data.
Additionally, we have received the first Easiest Setup badge in the Mid-Market Implementation Index for Core HR. With an overall score of 8.88, Mirro is third in this category, ahead of competitors like Bamboo HR, HiBob, or Personio. The score is calculated based on factors such as ease of setup, implementation time, and user adoption. This award places Mirro as a top choice among Core HR providers.
High Performer in Grid® Reports
Mirro has again been acknowledged as a High Performer in Performance Management, OKR, Core HR, and Absence Management categories, with 92% of users indicating they would likely recommend our solution.
